I recently purchased this Japanese book and love every single one of the designs inside- there are a lot of bags that would work for a boy! It also has wonderful pictures with measurements in numbers so I think I can really figure them out. I would highly recommend it! Here is the link to the english version of the amazon Japan site:
Het schooltasje dat ik laatst voor Janne heb gemaakt is heel gemakkelijk te maken en heeft een kindvriendelijke sluiting. Gewoon een zakje met een 'boxbottom' (punten er af naaien zoals bij de mandjes) en een korte en een lange lus. In gewenst afmeting. Perfect voor die mooie stofjes. Ben vooral jaloers op die stippen...
on our last trip I bought these fabrics to make jilles a bag for his judo classes, but I can't find a good pattern for a boys bag. any tips for me?
