we planned a weekend stockholm with just the two of us, but because of the eruption in iceland no plane could take us there. because I already took the boys to opa and oma (before the planes stopped flying) we still enjoyed a few days together. sunday we spent with the boys and felt spring everywhere!our weekend is now planned in may, any tips for stockholm?

I loved Stockholm - the Vasa Museet was spectacular and I really enjoyed Skansen on a sunny day. We went to Ostermalms Saluhall - a fantastic old food hall with some great places to eat. Sodermalm has some great trendy shops too. But all in all I just loved wandering about around the city - Gamla Stan, the quayside and if we had had time a trip out the archipelago on a boat would have been great!
