our little one just turned 5! he wanted a knights party. so we invited a couple of knights, i made shields out of cardboard, ribbon and brads, very easy and they had the time of their live. we even build a snow castle outside, with minus 20! roel lighted up the barbeque and made all of the hungry knights some hot dogs....lovely sunny day!the felt crown i made myself, with velcro the number is attached so we re-use it every year.
